You will always be educated what it takes to size, shape or reset your jewelry here. We're very honest and open with our customers and want you to be thrilled with the results... and never surprised on costs.
When Barnes' goldsmiths see the item and can inspect it ,we can determine what it needs based on all of its components.
Generally we can repair and return between 3 to 5 business days on average. If your jewelry repair will require more attention, we're sure to let you know it may stay with us longer.
